All products are shipped from Bali, Indonesia and might be subject to customs / duties outside of the country.
Shipping within Indonesia is free.
World Wide trackable Express Shipping / Delivery approximately within 5-14 business days.
We happily accept unworn, unwashed, stain/odor free merchandise within 8 days of receiving your order.
**No Refunds will be provided**

Please finalize all exchange requests prior to submitting your return.
All return cost shall be covered at the customer’s expense with your own choice of courier. All International or local orders applies.
Availability of any replacement item is not-guaranteed. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of the exchange process.
If your choice of exchange is unavailable you will be issued another choice of item to choose from.
Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days.
ANY ITEMS SENT BACK WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL IMMEDIATELY BE SENT BACK TO CUSTOMER.
Unworn items must be returned in original packaging- If you are returning items that include hygiene tags or liners, they must be included in mint condition.
We at Sab Faro Collectives deem the right to refuse returns & not honor refunds or exchanges on items that have been worn, stained/soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
This includes such marks as bodily fluids, deodorant stains & removed/tampered with liners. Legally, we are able to refuse to refund a customer for hygiene related issues.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If an order needs to be cancelled, please reach out to us immediately with the specific reasoning the order needs to be canceled.
To make any changes to an order, please contact us within 2-4 hours of the order being place or you will have to go through the exchange process after receiving your order.
If for any reason we have to restock one of the items from your order, please note that there is a restocking fee of $15.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have received damaged or incorrect items, please be sure to contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. (email@example.com)
Please include name, order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and we will assist accordingly.
We ship via an Indonesian carrier, which provides secure and easily trackable shipping methods.
Please contact us if your package is lost or stolen, and we will investigate or issue a refund based on our findings.
We are NOT responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
Items marked "Sale" , "Final Sale" or discounted with a promo code are not eligible for Exchange or Refunds.
ONLY Full priced items are eligible for exchange or store credit.
